The hotel has six meeting rooms with more than 3,000 square feet of meeting space and more than 2,000 square feet of pre-function space.

Our spacious ballroom, banquet rooms and boardroom are conveniently located on the second level of the pavilion and are among the most elegant in Kansas City. The prestigious oak paneled main boardroom offers 30 ultra-comfortable, leather-backed chairs and is supported with complete audiovisual facilities - as are all of our meeting rooms.  Access is convenient to every function area, including valet parking or complimentary covered parking.
